These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation as a partner ("Affiliate", "you") in the Autoview Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by Autoview Extension Inc. ("Autoview", "we", "us"). By applying to the Program, accepting a referral link, or accepting a referral discount code, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.
Commission
Autoview pays a flat 25% commission on each subscription payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as that customer's subscription remains active and paid. This includes renewal payments, not only the first payment. Commission is calculated on the amount Autoview actually receives for that payment, after any discount applied at checkout.
Attribution
A referral is attributed either through your unique referral link, which attributes a new account at the time of registration, or through a discount code issued to you, which attributes at the time of purchase regardless of when the account was created. A click on your referral link is remembered for 30 days; if a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link before registering, the most recent click is credited.
No Self-Referral
You may not use your own referral link, your own discount code, or any other affiliate's link or code to register or purchase a subscription for your own account, an account you control, or an account belonging to an immediate family member or business partner. Commission arising from a self-referral will be voided and may be deducted from any pending or future payout.
Prohibited Promotion
You may not bid on Autoview's brand terms (including misspellings) in paid search advertising, and you may not list your referral link or discount code on coupon-aggregator or deal-listing sites. Autoview may void commission and remove you from the Program for promotion that violates this section, without prior notice.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud
If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the commission associated with that payment will be reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, Autoview may deduct the reversed amount from a future payout.
Payouts
Commission accrues to your Affiliate balance as referred payments are recorded. You may request a payout once your unpaid balance reaches $50. Payout requests are reviewed manually before being settled. Autoview may decline or delay a payout request if it suspects a violation of these Affiliate Terms.
Program Changes and Termination
Autoview may change the commission rate, payout threshold, or any other Program term at any time, and may terminate the Program or your participation in it at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Commission on payments already made before a change or termination takes effect will still be paid, subject to the rest of these Affiliate Terms. An unclaimed balance may expire if left unclaimed for an extended period, consistent with the claim period of Autoview's affiliate-tracking provider.
Good Standing
Continued participation in the Program, and continued commission on a referral's ongoing payments, is conditional on remaining in good standing under these Affiliate Terms. Autoview may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation for violating any provision above.
