Appointment Booking and Payment
All appointments must be booked through our official scheduling platform at https://autoview.com/calendar/
Payments are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Prices for services are clearly outlined during the booking process.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will result in a full credit that can be used towards a future booking. No refunds are offered.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to appear for your appointment (a "no-show"), will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. No credit or refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Payments for scheduled appointments are non-refundable.
If an appointment is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule another appointment at a later date.
Support Scope
Our support services are designed to assist with the connectivity of integrations regarding Autoview and Autoview setup.
Please ensure you provide all relevant information or documentation required for us to provide effective support during your session.
If your needs fall outside the scope of our services, we will inform you and recommend alternative solutions where possible.
We are not obligated to provide support for issues beyond this specified scope.
Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available at the scheduled time of the appointment.
Please arrive prepared with any relevant questions or materials to maximize the effectiveness of the session.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment. Abusive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of session as well as forfeiture of any payments.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Support Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and in the booking process.
